There isn't triple room numbers at all, but I have booked triple room and payed at the day of booking... Terrible!
The place was somewhat 1 km away from the city centre and its shops, so not very far if you like to walk. A bus stop is almost right next to the place and you could get from there to the main trail way station Termini, city centre, Vatican and everywhere else. The rooms have cooling system, so you don't have to sweat in the hot summer night. The staff was very helpful.
Cesar Palace is not a hotel but a Bed and Breakfast place as they mention in their own brochures. Breakfast was a turn down: there were two kinds of cereals, a yoghurt cup, some fruits, juice, coffee, tea, wheat bagels or buns and usually a croissant filled with chocolate. The coffee was ok, but the bagel didn't have any nutritional value. In the reception floor there's a utility room right next to bedrooms and the staff used the utility room all the time, day and night, and made noise that you could hear into your room. Outside our room was a really loud vending machine, which made noise also in the night. This place is really for budget travellers who don't mind noise and other small inconveniencies, not to peaople who have trouble with sleeping already.
Staff was very friendly and it was near to touristic sights.
The room was pretty small as well as the bathroom
Rooms were clean and everything whats needed where in place.
Staff have poor English knowledge (girl does not speak at all). Very noisy street.
location isn't very bad. quiet place. a room has a balcony and air conditioning (but no remote control. if you aren't high you cannot turn on\off)
At first day we arrived here our room wasn't ready (because i asked in letter to provide us 1 double and 1 single beds, but they gave us other room). tv didn't work. poor breakfast. i will never stay there again.
clean hotel, good position,spacious room
Lovely staff, cheap place, good traffic, near the centre. You can easily make a City tour from here.
There was dirt in the room, from the third evening the water was very weak, hot water was hardly enough. The pictures on the websites weren't about our room, I can say. Yes, and the breakfast was interesting, but it was because of the price.
a great place to be in, good location, clean rooms and very good breakfast! the staff do not speak English but tried their best to help.
Nothing!!! All went well during our stay.
Value for money, clean, close to bus (50m), close to Metro (5 min walk), stores nearby
Breakfast (Juice, coffe, bread, croissant, one pice of butter, one of chease, bananas, tea, jam, apple, milk...and that's all I think). However it is Italy and it's their way to understand brakfast
location was ok but it is only for good for price, staff were friendly but no more
breakfast local was too small and choice very poor
We had a great stay. Nice room, warm, clean, very well located. Very friendly staff. fair breakfast for the price. Would definitely come back.
The lift is quite narrow. Just a comment, not really a problem.
none of the staff don`t speaks English
It's a really nice hotel, with good rooms and great location.
The location was superb! Although it's hard to find in the beginning as there was no big sign of the hotel. They have sent some pertinent information about Italy prior to going there which helped a lot!
The breakfast - though I have expected this. The room was small and there's no wifi available! The elvator was old-style that it has been broken when we are riding in it.
+ nice and clean room
- low quality breakfast, only 3! table, every morning have to wait 5-10 minutes for a table
